We are seeking a Pre-sales agent  to support our sales team by scheduling meetings with potential clients.  As Pre-Sales Agent you are the first contact that customers will have with Soly. With your energy and enthusiasm you make sure that the first impression is at its best. As a Pre-Sales Agent, you’ll listen carefully, identify opportunities, and schedule appointments with our sales consultants.

The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, organized, and driven by results. This is a crucial role in helping to grow Soly's customer base, ensuring a seamless booking process and effective communication between our sales representatives and prospects.

The function

You’ll be working in our sales team from our beautiful office in Cape Town. As we are a small team, so we work closely together to provide the best care for our customers.Will you help us with our mission? Solar energy for everyone. It’s possible.


Your impact

  • Appointment Scheduling: Book meetings for the sales team with qualified prospects, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.

  • Track leads and follow up to ensure meetings are confirmed and all necessary documentation is shared with both parties.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and improve meeting conversion rates.

  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on lead status, scheduled meetings, and overall performance to management.

Your profile

  • Experience: Prior experience in a customer service, lead generation, or appointment setting role is preferred.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluency in English is required; fluency in additional South African languages is a plus.

  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using CRM software and online communication tools.

  • Sales-Oriented: A basic understanding of sales processes with a willingness to learn and improve.

  • Organized: Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Team Player: Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
