With operations in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, South Africa, the UK, Italy, and Austria, we are expanding our presence across the Benelux region and are looking for a dynamic Country Manager to lead and grow our operations.

The Role

As the Country Manager for Benelux, you'll play a pivotal role in expanding Soly's leadership across the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg. You will drive our mission forward by building strong teams, cultivating strategic partnerships, and ensuring operational excellence in these key markets. Your goal: to establish Soly as a leading name in solar energy for residential and small commercial clients throughout the Benelux region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Expand and scale Soly's operations in the Benelux region, building and managing high-performing teams to support rapid growth.

• Market Development: Act as Soly's primary representative in Benelux, strengthening our brand presence and developing strategic partnerships.

• Operational Excellence: Oversee the P&L and day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and delivering outstanding service to residential and small business customers.

• Performance Monitoring: Set ambitious goals, monitor KPIs, and independently drive performance improvements to achieve company targets.

• Collaboration & Innovation: Work closely with international functional teams to align efforts and implement initiatives that enhance the customer experience.

Your Profile

• Experience: 5+ years in fast-paced environments (consulting, investment banking, startups, or scale-ups).

• Track Record: Proven success in scaling consumer-focused businesses or managing business expansion in multiple markets.

• Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, influence, and build cross-functional teams.

• Skills: Analytical and strategic thinker, with a hands-on, pragmatic approach to problem-solving.

• Mindset: Entrepreneurial spirit, with a passion for sustainability, clean energy, and innovation.

• Language: Fluency in Dutch and English is required; French is a strong plus.
